Booked a room with absolutely superb views of the well-tended gardens. the customer-facing staff at the reception desk provided all the necessary info. - the location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Jaz Fanara in Sharm el Sheikh. - Bar Farsha Cafe located 1 mile away was a nice surprise.

The view was fantastic, the service was very good! Booked superior queen room, that included a TV set and a good size balcony. The staff were customer-facing and responsive. The location was nice and absolutely perfect there, simply near the coast.

The property's location was best possible, on a beautiful reef. The food was tasty, with a wide range of options. During holiday everything was very comfortable and we will come back.

The resort has a unique original-style building. the rooms are spacious and come with a working safe box and a panoramic window. - I enjoyed relaxing by the heated swimming pool. - the breakfast was tasty and particularly good, offering a variety of food options including non-kosher and pork dishes.

I loved the fact that you don't feel like you are in Egypt, the staff is so easy going and they won't push you at all on bakeesh (tips) making a huge difference. I also liked that snorkeling is very easy at the hotel beach, lots of fish and coral reef. Perfect for families. All inclusive is a good choice, buffet is big. Rooms a little dated would not hurt remodeling, but still very livable spaces. We had a great time. Fare for taxi from airport to hotel is about 100-120 LE.

The taxi left us in the middle of the road when he dropped us off from the airport. The hotel staff that was at the front door of the hotel, did not even bother to help us with the luggage. I think that was so inattentive.

Based on our previous experience I can say that this hotel is really worthy. Good staff, clean beach, beautiful corals with a lot of different fish, food for any taste. Also I loved shisha place there and bars are nice. Thats not the place for parties and all that stuff, but one of the best I think for quiet and relaxed vacation.

Well, in the morning a lot of yachts come on reef and people are such pigs that they throw their rubbish into the sea and when it is wavy all bottels, paper appears near the shore. Not very cool.

Above average A/I hotel in good location with nice (though small) beach with direct access to coral reef for snorkelling etc. Chose it on recommendation of Rough Guide and was not disappointed. Cliff-top location gave great views over Ras Mohamed area, but despite this, access to beach was good via both steps and ramps. Believe I had a better room than the "single saver" that I booked - was a quite comfortable double so maybe I was lucky!

Nothing of interest within walking distance outside hotel. Nearest is old market in Sharm but this was several km taxi ride.

The hotel is well-kept and has original design. the staff at the reception desk are customer-oriented. - the poolside restaurant serves delicious dinner. - I appreciated having a minibar, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. - the hotel's location is excellent, near a supermarket. - El Fanar is conveniently located just 500 feet away from the hotel.

Well-kept hotel, it has very hardworking staff with outstanding service. The location is nice and perfect, and the area is very very nice close to bars and discos👌

It was small enough that you had the opportunity to meet people;adults and children alike. The family suite's layout worked well, sleeping a family of four comfortably.

Having to pay for internet! Food was okay. Lunch was the best with fresh barbecued fish,poultry/meat available. Dinners got to be a little repetitive. The staff in the main dining area seem to be always in a rush - so evening meals were not very relaxing or intimate at this location - more like a glorified cafeteria. Thankfully the other Italian restaurant provided a better evening setting. Some staff were too friendly/chatty to my 13 year old daughter - she found it to be quite uncomfortable at times.

Our room was quite spacious, and the services provided were excellent.
